What is Sol's late policy?
5 minutes! After 5 minutes you will not be allowed into class. This is to ensure you get the proper warm up to proceed a safe workout.
What is Sol's cancellation policy?
The member may cancel their class 6 hours prior to the session with no charge and keep the credit. The member may be subject to a cancellation fee of $15 and a loss of credit if they cancel class in less than 6 hours. No show's will be charged $19 and the credit will be lost.
How to I cancel my membership?
The member may cancel their automatic pay membership by sending an email to solpilatesla@gmail.com proving 30 days' written notice to the studio after the members 3 month commitment upon signing up.

What should I wear to a Reformer Pilates class?
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for freedom of movement. Grip Socks are mandatory to class.
What should I expect during my first Foundation class?
Your first class will introduce you to the reformer and basic Pilates principles. The instructor will guide you through a series of exercises, modifying them as needed. Be prepared to challenge yourself, but also to listen to your body and rest when necessary.

While Reformer Pilates is generally safe, it's important to consult with your doctor before starting any new workout regimen, especially if you have any underlying health conditions, injuries or pregnant.
